The Repair Protocol is specifically designed to speed up repair and recovery times during periods of consistent (or intense) training. Utilising the benefits from the Traditional Sauna, Contrast Mineral Pools and Magnesium Spa in one cycle will assist with improving blood and lymph flow, flushing fluid retention and relieving muscle soreness and tension, alleviating DOMS and enhancing mobility.
Begin your session in the Sauna or Steam Room for 20 minutes to kickstart detoxification before repeating full body immersions in the Contrast Mineral Pools to stimulate your cardiovascular and central nervous system whilst also reducing inflammation. Then it’s time to sit back and relax in the Magnesium Spa for up to 10 minutes.
If you choose to complete our Repair Protocol with the addition of Compression Therapy or the Massage Gun to help reduce tension and increase lymphatic drainage, begin your session with your choice of therapy for 30 minutes.
If you are not completing this stage, begin your session in the Traditional Sauna or Steam Room.
The Traditional Sauna or Steam Room induces sweating, promotes detoxification, and provides a myriad of potential health benefits.
Rinse off in the showers after your Traditional Sauna session before moving onto the Contrast Mineral Pools to repeat hot and cold full body immersions.
We recommend cycling through two or three rounds of 2 minutes Cold > 2 minute Hot > 3 minutes Cold > 3 minutes Hot.
Rinse off in the showers after your session in the Contrast Mineral Pools before heading to the Magnesium Spa – It’s now time to sit back and relax for up to 10 minutes.
All protocols should end with a cool or tepid shower to slowly regulate your body temperature.
