In the interests of health, safety and well-being for all members, guests and staff and for the intended continuation of service at all times, the following Conditions of Entry apply to anyone booking a service and/or attending Life Labs.
Please do not book a session if you are unable to comply with the following, as failure to do so may result in the termination of your session and any Membership commitment you have with Life Labs. Please see Membership Terms & Conditions for additional information.
1.1. All Members and Visitors must check in at Reception upon entry. If it is your first time with us, all relevant forms and waivers must be completed before your session begins.
1.2. We cannot accept bookings made or Memberships purchased under someone else’s name other than the intended user. The person who intends to use the services must have the appointment or Membership created in their name under their profile. If this is done in error, we will either refund to the payment type or retain as a credit for the purchaser.Â
2.1. Maintain a respectful and considerate attitude towards others and staff, avoid disruptive behaviour, abusive language, or harassment of any kind.
3.1. Consider others who are using the same space as you and practice good personal hygiene at all times.
3.2. To maintain proper sanitation of the pools and equipment, we ask that the following:
3.2.1. Shower before using any of the pools
3.2.2. Always using a bench towel in the infrared saunas and traditional sauna
3.2.3. Rinse off between using the saunas/steam and moving to the pools
3.2.4. Avoid entering the saunas, steam room and pools within 4 days of a spray tan
3.2.5. Avoid entering the saunas, steam room and pools if you have any cuts, open wounds or infectious diseases
3.2.6. Wear appropriate swimwear / no nudity permitted
3.2.4. Wear socks for compression boots and massage chair use and wipe down after use
4.1. Be aware that while staff endeavour to ensure hallways and high traffic areas are regularly squeegee-ed to avoid slipping, it is your duty to ensure that you don’t contribute excess water in these zones and to watch your step getting in and out of the pools and moving around wet areas. In addition, please report any leaks or spillages to staff immediately.
4.2. Familiarise yourself with the location of CPR signage and emergency assistance buttons.
5.1. Treat all equipment and furnishings carefully and follow all safety guidelines for use as directed by staff or on display in the centre. Do not cover sensors or wet the elements in any of the saunas or steam rooms.
5.2. When using any of the modalities, including but not limited to; infrared saunas, please refrain from changing factory-settings unless directed by staff.
5.3. Any intentional theft, damage, destruction, contamination or sabotage of equipment or facilities will result in termination of your session and Membership if applicable.
5.3.1. Life Labs is not obligated to refund any fees unused as a result of this and any financial losses incurred by Life Labs for replacement of equipment or disruption to service may be the responsibility of the offender.
6.1. Store personal belongings securely and appropriately or in the lockers provided, be mindful of your surroundings and ensure you collect all your gear before leaving. Staff cannot be responsible for the safekeeping of valuable items.
7.1. The consumption of food and drink (other than water) in the centre is limited to common areas only.Â
8.1. A minimum age of 18 applies for all Members and casual visits.
8.1.1. Exemptions to this, for 16-18 years of age, are at the discretion of management and subject to a parent or legal guardian co-signing the Waiver, and attending all visits with them.
9.1. Do not film, photograph or voice record anyone without their consent.
9.2. Be mindful that in common areas CCTV footage operates to ensure a safe environment for all.
